Counselling Services
When receiving counselling from a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) you may check with your insurance company as you may be eligible for direct billing from us or reimbursement. We are approved therapists with the CVAP, Work BC, Worksafe BC, and ICBC. Please contact for details.
For new clients, I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to determine if we both feel comfortable working with each other.

Direct billing is available with the insurance providers.
There are additional providers we work with for direct billing. If you do not see your provider on the list, contact us or the insurance providers to confirm coverage.
