Counsellor Miyoung Cho has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counselling and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (RCC #4686). She is also an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist specializing in PTSD, Dissociation, and trauma therapy. She also has a personal connection to mindfulness and meditation.
